Property owners are invited to attend all general sessions of the Board of Directors meetings. The Executive Session portion of the general meeting is open only to Board Members. Currently meetings are on Zoom beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. An email invitation to join the meetings will be sent to all homeowners by the Property Manager. The dates for the meetings for the remainder of the year 2024 are as follows:

Please inspect your hot water heater. The average life expectancy for a gas hot water heater is 10 years.
It is important to note that Woodland Park was constructed in 2006.
Consumer Reports states that there are more than 15,000 dryer vent fires annually that cause $75.4 million in property damage. It is recommended to have your dryer vent inspected and cleaned annually. Beginning in 2017, all Woodland Park homeowners are required to have their dryer vents inspected and cleaned every two years. Accordingly all homeowners must have this work completed between January 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025. A receipt indicating that the inspection and cleaning have been completed must be sent to the Property Manager by October 31, 2025.
The Woodland Park monthly fee is $260.00
The Lexington monthly fees are Lexington Owners Association $60.00 and LIM (Cox Cable) $138.57.
